Even though we called ourselves The Radical Secular, the tone was not nearly radical enough for me. I can’t stomach pulling any punches about religion or spirituality.

I just watched a really good TED talk from 2017 by Anil Seth about the nature of consciousness. He gets one important thing wrong.

September 11 was only the opening act. 21 years later we still are asleep to the threat posed by the false beliefs of religion, to freedom and democracy everywhere.
